PCR1996081APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR SUMMIT HEALTHCARE AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 81-96 GROUP, LLC, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY NO. 2177.936.001) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 23, 1996, by the Summit Healthcare Group, LLC., to expand/ reconfigure the property currently known as the Janesville Road Medical Group located in the SE 1/4 of Section 3, and sketch for the expansion/reconfiguration of the Janesville Road Medical Clinic property two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. 73-96, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on April 16, 1996, approved a District which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150' and said lot appears to meet the minimum average width restriction, and WHEREAS, The.property is zoned B-3, General Business of a holding tank, and WHEREAS, Currently Sewer service is provided through the use construction of Candlewood Creek Subdivision, and WHEREAS, Municipal Sewer service will be available upon the Janesville Road with adjacent properties. WHEREAS, The parcel will share joint vehicular access from the Certified Survey Map for the expansion/reconfiguration of the parcel located in the SE 1/4 of Section 3 of the property currently known as the Janesville Road Medical Group and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, Plan Commission and City Staff and payment of all applicable fees described Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve north of the property be shown on the Certified Survey Map and that a cross access agreement with neighboring properties be provided. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the drainage easement to the Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 05-07-96 Defeated Deferred Resolution #P.C. 81-96 Page 2 I 0- 04-29-96
