PCR1996080APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A POSSIBLE FOUR (4) LOT AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 80-96 LAND DIVISION FOR RON DALIEGE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 (TAX KEY 2177.936.001) WHEREAS, Three (3) Sketch Options were submitted on April NE 1/4 of Section 5, and 23, 1996, for up to a possible four (4) lot land division in the Residence District, and WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned RS-2, Single Family Suburban lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of llO', WHEREAS, RS-2 zoning district regulations require a minimum and WHEREAS, all three (3) options appear to meet the size and minimum average width restrictions for each lot, and WHEREAS, Staff has proposed an Option 4 which would provide for the development of the parcel by way of access from the future Tans Drive. Option 2 creating a 3 lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 of the Daliege property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves Plan Department City of Muskego Adopted 05-07-96 Defeated Deferred 04-29-96
