PCR1996079AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-96 FOR A.J. HEINEN, INC. CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PROPERTY (OLD SENTRY STORE) APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN LOCATED AT 574 W16890 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, On May 16, 1996, plans were submitted for a revised facade at the old Sentry Store by A.J. Heinen, Inc. Construction, and WHEREAS, The plans indicate new painting of the existing brick facades on the sides and entry to be done in earth-tone colors. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the (received 04-18-96 and said plan be kept on file in the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this building, site and operation plan as they relate to the building, parking maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be Plan Commission. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner will resubmit a revised landscape plan with additional plantings located along the eastern end of the parcel. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All new exterior lighting will consist of down cast cut-off sodium vapor light fixtures. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of this submittal based on the fact that the petitioner has agreed to abide and conform to the design criteria set by the Mayor's Task Force in revitalizing the downtown area, and will stipulate to same by entering into a Developer's Agreement prior to occupancy permits being issued for any new tenant(s).
