APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PETER SANFELIPPO AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN PART OF THE
CREATING A ONE (1) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR
NW 1/4 SECTION 4 IN THE TOWN OF NORWAY
was submitted for the property located in the NW 1/4 of Section
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one lot land division
4, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM poses no apparent conflicts with
current of future road and drainage patterns.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approved
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land
division of the ProDertv located in the NW 1/4 of Section 4. a in the Town of Norway. -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That further divisions of this
property shall require the provision of a "T" intersection at
the driveway access poins to Muskego Dam Road.
