EXPANDING/RECONFIGURING THE JANESVILLE MEDICAL GROUP PROPERTY
LOCATED IN SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3 AT S69 W15636 JANESVILLE ROAD
APPROVAL OF SKETCH CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WHEREAS, A Sketch Certified Survey Map was submitted on
April 4, 1996, to expand/reconfigure the property located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 3 at 569 W15636 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-3 which requires a minimum
and said lot appears to meet these regulations, and
lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 100'
WHEREAS, Sewer service is provided by way of a holding
tank, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will continue to have access from
Janesville Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Sketch Certified Survey Map for a expansion/reconfiguration
of the Janesville Medical Group property in the SE 1/4 of
Section 3 at 569 W15636 Janesville Road.
