PCR1996072CORRECTED APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION #P.C. 72-96 FOR AG INDUSTRIES FOR MSI GENERAL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SE CORNER OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE AND MERCURY DRIVE on April 8, 1996 MSI General for AG Industries, and WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was submitted WHEREAS, Said BSO illustrates a 52,160 square foot manufacturing building for metal fabrication, and total approximately an undetermined number of persons with regular working hours and days and that need to be stated by the petitioner, and WHEREAS, When operational, employment at this location will WHEREAS, Exterior building consists of split face block, corduroy block and what appears to be steel panels all of unknown color, and WHEREAS, Adequate parking, drive and landscaped areas appear to have been provided. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated 2-2-96 subject to the following: height and have sodium vapor, down cast, cut-off fixtures. 1. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a new color rendered front elevation be submitted for Plan Commission review.
