AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 70-96
BY SEAN JACOBS FOR THE KURT FAES PROPERTY LOCATED AT
PARCEL 3, NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14
April 8, 1996, to create a two (2) lot land divisions located in
WHEREAS, A Sketch Certified Survey Map was submitted on
the NW 1/4 of Section 14 (Mystic Court), and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum
lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 220'
for un-sewered lots and said lot appears these requirements, and
WHEREAS, A favorable perc test must be conducted, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Mystic Court.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Sketch Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division
in the NW 1/4 of Section 14 by Sean Jacobs for the Faes Property
subject construction of Mystic Court, the delineation of
wetlands, and the satisfactory completion of a perc test.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the street shown be left as
reserved and that Parcel 1 only be allowed access to Mystic
Drive only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all parcels be deed restricted
to not allow further division.
