FOR EXPANSION OF PARKING LOT FOR ROGER J. ANDREWS
by Roger J. Andrews for Club Durham for the expansion of an
existing parking lot, and
WHEREAS, An amended site plan was submitted on April 8, 1996
WHEREAS, The plan shows and unpaved parking area in the road
right-of-way of State Trunk Highway 36.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapproves of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
dated received April 8, 1996 as the parking area is proposed to
be in the road right-of-way of S.T.H. 36 and the parking area is
unpaved.
