WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of flowers from Paul
Ruszkiewicz has been submitted to sell flowers in the parking lot
of the new Sentry Store at W189 S7847 Racine Avenue, and
21' X 48' green house, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is also proposing to erect a temporary
petitioner, and
WHEREAS, The request for sales has not yet been stated by the
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be Saturday and Sunday
from 8:00 a.m. until dark and during week dsys from 9:00 a.m. until
dark, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
0 permit from the City Clerk and approval from
temporary sale of flowers subject to the applicant obtaining a
Sentry.
