WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map Sketch was submitted on
April 5, 1999, to reconfigure and existing parcel in the NW 1/4
of Section 21 (W183 S8874 Racine Avenue), and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 which, being un-sewered,
average width of 240' and said lot appears to meet the minimum
requires a minimum lot size of 60,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width restriction, and

this petition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approve of the
sketch land division only if the required minimum average width
and area for said zoning district are met.
