APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
NANCY SCHREIB FORPROPERTY LOCATED AT W144 56333 COLLEGE COURT.
FOR EXISTING MANUFACTURING FACILITY FORBERNARD AND
WHEREAS, A site plan was submitted on April 4, 1996 by
Lehrman-Moesch Construction, Inc. for Bernard and Nancy Schreib
for an amendment to the existing building, site and operational
plan (BSO) for a multi-tenant manufacturing facility, and
WHEREAS, Said BSO illustrates the addition of 19,020 square
feet to the existing 6,000 square foot facility for a total
square footage of 26,020 square feet, and
depicting typical sign panels 24 square feet in size to be
displayed above each tenant space, and
WHEREAS, A comprehensive sign package has been submitted
