PCR1996066AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 66-96 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN NANCY SCHREIB FORPROPERTY LOCATED AT W144 56333 COLLEGE COURT. FOR EXISTING MANUFACTURING FACILITY FORBERNARD AND WHEREAS, A site plan was submitted on April 4, 1996 by Lehrman-Moesch Construction, Inc. for Bernard and Nancy Schreib for an amendment to the existing building, site and operational plan (BSO) for a multi-tenant manufacturing facility, and WHEREAS, Said BSO illustrates the addition of 19,020 square feet to the existing 6,000 square foot facility for a total square footage of 26,020 square feet, and depicting typical sign panels 24 square feet in size to be displayed above each tenant space, and WHEREAS, A comprehensive sign package has been submitted WHEREAS, Said signage square footage for each unit is within code limitations and the sign colors scheme compliments the building, and will vary depending on the type of manufacturing operations to occupy these facilities, and WHEREAS, When fully operational, employment at this location 0 WHEREAS, Exterior building treatment includes earth tone decorative block and steel panels which serve to improve the existing structure, and been provided. WHEREAS, Adequate parking, drive and landscaped areas have NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan submitted 04/04/96 subject to the following: fixtures . 1. All exterior lighting be sodium vapor, cut-off all coniferous trees be a minimum of 6 feet in height. 2.
