PCR1996065APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO LOTS OF THE KRZMAN PROPERTY LOCATED IN AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 65-96 THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (CTY L & HILLENDALE DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 20, 1996, to create a two (2) lot land divisions located in the SE 1/4 of Section 18, NW corner of Janesville Road and Hillendale Road, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 19, 1996, approved a sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. 30-96, and minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110' and said lots are within the 10% variance permitted for approval by the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a Road, and WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer service is available in Janesville Janesville Road WHEREAS, The parcels will have combined access from the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Krzman Property and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the issuance of a building permit for parcel 1 and/or the change of ownerships for Parcels 1 and 2, the existing pole building located on the newly created lot line must be razed.
