LOCATED AT S68 W16864 MARTIN DRIVE
FOR TOM AND MONTY ANN BOLFERT
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
construct a 25' X 35' (875 square feet) accessory structure at
submitted on April 3, 1996, by Tom and Monty Ann Bolfert to
the residence located at S68 W16864 Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure will meet
the setback and offset requirements of the RS-1, 30,000 square

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of an accessory structure, not to exceed 875 square feet, for
the Bolfert Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject accessory Structure
shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the
building and zoning permit is required prior to construction of
storage of business related materials and equipment and a
subject accessory structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a wood or metal framed
dividing fire wall and a structure height greater than 15 feet
accessory structure in excess of 720 square feet without a
will require a variance from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation,
