AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 61-96
THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (APOLLO DRIVE)
OF THE DELP PROPERTY LOCATED IN
1996, to create a two (2) lot land divisions located in the NW
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 22,

sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
61-96, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on March 6, 1996, approved a

a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width
of 150' and said lot appears to meet the minimum average width
restriction, and
WHEREAS, Sewer service is available from Apollo Drive for
the newly created lot, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have vehicular access from Apollo
Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
NW 1/4 of Section 16 of the Delp Property and recommend approval
to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment
of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division
Ordinance.
