APPROVAL OF A 30' x 40' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
FOR KENT CAMPBELL
LOCATED AT S103 W14823 LOOMIS DRIVE
submitted on April 1, 1996, by Kent Campbell to construct a 30'
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
X 40' (1,200 square feet) accessory structure at the residence
located at S103 W14823 Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure will meet

WHEREAS, The accessory structure is intended to be used for
neither of this nor any other structure on the property for

business related activities, and
WHEREAS, For properties equal to or over 120,000 square
feet, accessory structures may equal up to 1.0% of the total
lot area in which this case permits for a total of 1,308 square
feet of accessory structures, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of an accessory structure, not to exceed 1,200 square feet, for
the Campbell Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject accessory Structure
shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the
storage of business related materials and equipment and a
building and zoning permit is required prior to construction of
subject accessory structure.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a wood or metal framed
accessory structure in excess of 720 square feet without a
dividing fire wall and a structure height greater than 15 feet
will require a variance from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation,
the initiation of legal action, or both.
