APPROVAL OF A 12' x 16' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
FOR TODD SANKEY
LOCATED AT W139 S6817 SHERWOOD CIRCLE

building and zoning permit will be applied for the subject
accessory structure within the next ten (10) days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
