RESOLUTION #P.C. 57-96
SURPLUS RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG WOODS ROAD, BEING PART OF THE SE
RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION FOR VACATION OF
1/4 AND SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AND THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21
right-of-way along Woods Road located in the SE 1/4 of Section
16 and NW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate a portion of road
exist any valid public interest to require the provision of
excess right-of-way at this location.
WHEREAS, With the realignment of Woods Road there no longer
right-of-way.
WHEREAS, The purpose of this vacation is to eliminate excess
approval to the Common Council the vacation of the surplus
right-of-way along Woods Road being part of the SE 1/4 and SW
1/4 of Section 16 and the NW 1/4 of Section 21.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
