APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PAM BOEHM
LOCATED AT SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16

March 22, 1996, to divide property in the SE 1/4 of Section 16
WHEREAS, A sketch for a preliminary plat was submitted on
into 25 single family lots in a current RS-1 Zoning District,
and
width and size requirements of either the RS-3 or RS-2 Zoning
WHEREAS, The proposed subdivision lots meet the minimum lot
Districts and have suitable street access to Woods Road as well
as potential City sewer, and
RS-2/0PD.
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to rezone the property to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for a preliminary plat for proposed unnamed
Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 16.
