PCR1996054AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 54-96 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) PARCEL LAND DIVISION FOR PATRICK HADE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION I (FIELD DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 11, 1996, for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section I, and WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned RCE, 120,000 square foot Single Family Country Estate District, and WHEREAS, RCE zoning district regulations require a minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 250' and said lots appear to meet the size and minimum average width restrictions, and WHEREAS, Files indicate there is currently one residential unit with a size of 1,300 square feet, and WHEREAS, Files indicate there are three (3) accessory structures totaling 2,000 square feet. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Option 4 sketch submitted creating a two (2) lot land division with a 60 foot wide and 450 foot long road reservation in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 of the Hade property.
