CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR JAMES LANGE
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 2,
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
division was submitted on March 25, 1996 by American Surveying
Company, Inc., for James Lange at the property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 2, Town of Norway, and
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel
