RECONFIGURATION/EXPANSION OF ONE PARCEL
FOR KENT AND ROSANNE CAMPBELL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 35
(SOBIESKI PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 9, 1996 and
approved as amended for a reconfiguration/ expansion of one
parcel of and existing two (2) lot CSM located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 35, and
1996 for a reconfiguration/ expansion of one parcel of and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 8,
and
existing two (2) lot CSM located in the NW 1/4 of Section 35,
WHEREAS, Both properties are currently under common
ownership, and
WHEREAS, Both properties are zoned Agricultural and
Exclusive Agricultural and said proposal appears to meet the
requirements of each Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, That the lands to be contained in the expanded 0 parcel will be rezoned to Agricultural Zoning as stated under
Resolution #P.C.32-96.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a sketch reconfiguration/expansion of a parcel of a two (2)
lot Certified Survey Map of the property located in the NW 1/4
of Section 35 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies
as identified by City Engineers, City Staff and the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Parcel 1 shall be rezoned to
A-Agricultural prior to finalization of this Certified Survey
Map.
