PCR1996050APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A THREE (3) PARCEL AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 50-96 LAND DIVISION AND RECONFIGURATION FOR RUDOLF A. HEINRICH AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24 (BOXHORN AND BOXHORN) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 5, 1996, for a land division and lot reconfiguration in the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and WHEREAS, Parcels 1 & 2 and part of proposed Parcel 3 will be zoned RSE when sewer is provided, and WHEREAS, The proposed Parcels 1,2 h 3 will be provided with sewer upon completion of the area sewer project, and lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 150' WHEREAS, RSE zoning district regulations require a minimum and said lots appear to meet the minimum average width restriction, and WHEREAS, This proposal is a redivision and reconfiguration of a previously approved Certified Survey Map, and 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 24 of the Heinrich property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That petitioner shall rezone the balance of parcel three from R-2 Country Home to RSE Suburban Estate prior to finalization of the CSM.
