APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR
AMENDED RESOLUTION P.C. 46-96
GARY AND SUE THELEN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT S83 W18550 SATURN DRIVE

WHEREAS, Mr. James Hayden, of A-1 Storage, Inc. submitted
on October 6, 1993, an amended Building, Site and Operation
Plan to allow outdoor storage, and
Building, Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 2, 1989, adopted a
65-89 and amended that Building, Site and Operation Plan
through Resolution #P.C. 65-89, by approving subject to
Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 199-90, signage and
landscaping and fencing, and amended that Building, Site and
lighting plans, and
WHEREAS, The original requirements for fencing,
landscaping, and asphalting have been complete, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans indicate a revised landscape
plan which includes the revised existing entry, and
Industrial Park state that "All material or products stored
outside must be behind the building setback line from the
street and must be screened from view from the street with
solid fencing or screening approved by the Plan Commission", and
WHEREAS, The Deed Restrictions of the Muskego Business
WHEREAS, The propose parking is located behind the setback
line, and
in Amended Resolution #P.C. 36-95 on March of 1996, to
eliminate parking strips for stored cars, and
WHEREAS, The building, site and operation plan was amended
WHEREAS, The property is now under the ownership of Gary
and Sue Thelen and is now Lake and Country Storage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for Lake and
Country Storage, Inc. to allow outdoor storage (as depicted on
the plans dated received October 6, 1993) located at S83 W18550
Saturn Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That only five (5) wheeled vehicles
must be located along the north lot line, parallel parked and
(vehicles, trailers, boats) may be stored at this location and
no higher than six (6) feet with an annual review in the March
Plan Commission meeting.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated received
