PCR1996042APPROVAL TO RENEW PERMIT FOR DOG KENNEL FOR STAN A. ZDANCZEWICZ AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED RESOLUTION #P.C. 42-96 AT W182 S9292 PARKER DRIVE granted a Conditional Use Permit on May 16, 1972, to permit the WHEREAS, Stan A. Zdanczewicz of W183 S9292 Parker Drive was operation of a dog kennel, and WHEREAS, The conditions of the grant were that: (1) the term of operation shall not exceed one year without further review and approval by the Plan Commission, (2) that the number of dogs shall not exceed ten (lo), and (3) that the kennel be in conformance with plans on file in the Building Department. WHEREAS, The Plan Commission granted through Resolution 9-92A a permit for 1992 on the provision that a new site plan depicting on file with Conditional Use permit #62 and that the number of the configuration of the kennel and number of dog runs be placed adult dogs on the property shall not exceed ten (10) and that the number of pups under the age of six (6) months shall not exceed 15 at any one time and the Plan Commission did not find that these amendments were significant to warrant a Public Hearing, and WHEREAS, The zoning for the property is A - Agriculture, wherein a kennel is a conditional use in the A - Agriculture Zoning District, and WHEREAS, Mr. Zdanczewicz has complied with Resolution 9-92A and there have not been any complaints registered with the Planning Department in the past year. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of the Conditional Use Grant #62 for one year to allow a kennel and that the operation shall again be reviewed in March of 1997.
