APPROVAL OF AMENDED LANDSCAPE PLAN
BY DURHAM HILL NURSERY, INC. FOR THE
CHAMPIONS VILLAGE SUBDIVISION
amended Landscape Plan for the Champions Village Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of an
WHEREAS, Entries off Ryan Road and North Cape Road are
depicted, and
WHEREAS, An entry sign is shown off North Cape Road and Ryan
Road, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 18, Section 18.59 (3) requires one tree for
every 50' of frontage on all streets unless determined by the
Plan Commission on the basis of existing conditions in terms of
natural tree coverage, and
WHEREAS, The proposed landscape plan shows one tree for
every lot with spacing approximately every 100 feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the amended Landscape Plan dated (received 2-23-96) and said
plan be kept on file in the Planning Department along with any
subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the entrance signs off of North
Cape Road and Ryan Road are acceptable in relation to placement
and design as depicted on the plan dated (received 2-23-96).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of the subject
landscape plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless
otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
action, or both.
