WITH A 18' X 72 LEAN-TO
FOR JEFF WHITEHOUSE
APPROVAL OF A 40' x 72' POLE SHED
LOCATED AT 567 W21367 TANS DRIVE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
submitted on February 7, 1996 by Jeff Whitehouse to construct a
40' X 72' pole shed with an 18' X 72' lean-to at the residence
located at S67 W21367 Tans Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the pole shed will meet the
setbacks and offset requirements of the RCE, Residential Country
Estate zoning district and the architectural appearance would be
compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area,
and
agricultural use for storage of live stock and agricultural WHEREAS, The pole shed and lean-to is intended for
equipment and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of outbuildings (pole shed), and
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither
of this nor any other structure on the property for business
related activities, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner has received the necessary approvals
from Waukesha County regarding the location of proposed building
and its relationship to existing on-site sanitary systems, and
square foot pole building, while the Zoning Ordinance would
allow at leasts 15,202 square feet pole building(s).
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 4,176
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the pole shed, not to exceed 4,176 square feet, for Jeffrey
Whitehouse.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject pole shed shall be used
neither for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and is solely for
agricultural uses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
prior to construction of subject pole shed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall and height variance
may be required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation,
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
the initiation of legal action, or both.
