TO AMEND CHAPTER 17, SECTION 6.09(3)s, (f), (b), (y),(o)
RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL
ZONING ORDINANCE-SIGNS-CANOPIES
(CITY OF MUSKEGO)
to amend certain portions of said sections, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the existing Sign Ordinance
purpose of this ordinance coloration and/or striping on canopies
shall not be considered signage and shall be allowed if it
contributes to the overall theme and design of said property, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 17, Section 6.09(3)(s), ... Signs: For the
WHEREAS, Create a new definition to Chapter 17, Section
attached permanent structure used for the purpose of shielding

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission recommends
Section 6.09(3)(s), ... Signs: For the purpose of this
ordinance coloration and/or striping on canopies shall not be
