HALL TAX KEY #2193.109 Of land at W175 57473 Park Drive, Tax Key #2193.108 and Tax Key #2193.109 for a determination of legal lot status for a portion of the above mentioned parcels, and WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Dawn M. Hall, owner WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned RS-3/0ED Zoning District, which requires a minimum 75' of average width and a 11,250 sq. ft. lot size, and WHEREAS, The subject lot has only a 50' average minimum width and a lot area of 7,000 sq. ft., WHEREAS, Tax Key 2193.108 is currently a legal conforming lot and has an existing residence, and WHEREAS, The re-division of existing neighboring non-conforming lots in common ownership requires Legal Lot Status review by the Plan Commission and Common Council, and WHEREAS, The properties have direct access to Park Drive with the availability of sewer service from Park Drive, and immediate area are the same general size and several Legal Lot WHEREAS, Lots adjoining the subject property and in the Status applications have been approved in this vicinity. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommended approval for Legal Lot Status for the property described as Lot 5, Block 8, Muskego Beach Subdivision, Tax Key #2193.109, for Dawn M. Hall that the lot in question is compatible with surrounding parcels and Legal Lot Status has been granted to other similar parcels in the area.
