amended Building, Site and Operation Plan to include a 120'
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of an
self-support tower, antenna attachments at the 120' level of
said tower, and an 8' X 12' X 8' equipment shelter, and
WHEREAS, A building will house the rest of the necessary
equipment including antennas, transmitter, receiver, power
amplifiers and signal processing hardware.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this amendment
to the building, site and operation plan as they relate to the
building, tower, parking and drive areas, landscaped areas shall
be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the
Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
