PCR1996032AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 32-96 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH RECONFIGURATION/EXPANSION OF ONE PARCEL OF THE SOBIESKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 35, (LOOMIS DRIVE) expansion of one parcel of and existing two (2) lot CMS located in the NW 1/4 of Section 35, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a reconfiguration/ WHEREAS. Both properties are currently under common ownership, and WHEREAS, Both properties are zoned Agricultural and Exclusive Agricultural and said proposal appears to meet the requirements of each Zoning District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the lands to be contained in the expanded parcel be rezoned to Agricultural Zoning. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve Certified Survey Map of the property located in the NW 1/4 of of a sketch reconfiguration/expansion of a parcel of a two lot and physical attributes/limitations of the property.
