WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a
Conceptual Amendment to an existing Building, Site and Operation
Plan to allow indoor storage, and
conditional use grant, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to expand an existing
WHEREAS, In consideration of the highly visible location the
project occupies, any expansion shall be required to upgrade the
entire site through improved building materials and increased
landscaping.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
Use and Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received
of the conceptual amendment/expansion to an existing Conditional
02-08-96) and said plan be kept on file in the Building
Department along with any subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing shall be
required for the amendment/expansion of the existing Conditional
Use at which time, detailed site, grading and drainage,
lighting, landscaping and signage plans shall be submitted for
review and approval.
