APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION
OF THE DUBIAK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
(NW CONER OF JANESVILLE AND HILLENDALE ROADS)
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18,
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a land division
creating two (2) lots located in the SE 1/4 of Section 18, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 and said proposal
appears to meet the requirements of said Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are serviced by municipal
sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of the sketch for a Certified Survey Map to be submitted
creating a two (2) lot land division of the property located in
the SE 1/4 of Section 18 taking into consideration the unique
configuration of the property.
