FOR JEFFREY J. DAVIS
LOCATED AT W219 S7646 CROWBAR ROAD
submitted on February 5, 1996, by Jeffrey Davis to construct a
28' X 60' (1,680 square feet) accessory structure at the
residence located at W219 57646 Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
