APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP COMBINING TWO LOTS
CREATING ONE LOT OF THE GREEN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE Skv1/4 OF SECTION 2!f.
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January
24, 1996, to combine two lots creating one lot located in the
Swl/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, Through Resolution #P.C. 16-95 a sketch was
approved for the combination of these parcels, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 and will be rezoned to
RSE (40,000 square foot lots) when the sewer project is
completed and said proposal appears to meet the requirements of
said Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcel will be serviced by municipal
sewer, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Boxhorn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division in the
S&1/4 of Section 24of the Green Property and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance.
