APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A
LAND DIVISION FOR ONE LOT FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 LOCATED
IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10

RESOLUTION #P.C. 14-96
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted for a Land
Division for one lot in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 for the City
of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot of
.6657 acres (29,000 sq.ft.), and
meet the requirements of district, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned B-4/0PD and said lot appears to
WHEREAS, The proposed Lot 1 is the Olson Lawn Tractor
Shop and is delineating the Drainage Easement for the Freedom
Square east drainage pond, and
WHEREAS, Access is available from Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This property is an existing lot, however State
Statue requires that a meets and bounds description be
corrected and be done by a Certified Survey Map or Subdivision
Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 for the City of
Muskego.
