RESOLUTION #P.C. 10-96
OF THE SPIELER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 4,
(HARDTKE & MUSKEG0 DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a land division
creating one lot located in the NW 1/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned RS-2 which
requires 20,000 sq.ft. and 110 average width and the lot
appears to meet these requirements, and
part of the property to RS-3/0ED, a 10% variance from the Plan
Commission and a variance from the Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, The current proposal would require a rezoning of
WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from Hardtke Drive
and Muskego Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced
by municipal sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three
(3)lot land division of the property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 4.
