APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a land division
creating a two lots located in the SW 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE which requires 120,000
sq.ft. and 250 average width and the lots appear to meet these
requirements, and
test has not been received on the proposed vacant lot.
WHEREAS, One parcel currently has a residence and a perc
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 7.
