APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION
OF THE LUDWIG/STRAMPE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15,
(WOODS ROAD & LANNON DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a land division
creating one lot located in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned L/OLS Lowland District with
a Lake Shore overlay which requires 40,000 sq.ft. and 100 feet
average width if serviced by sanitary sewer and the lot appears
to meet these requirements,and
WHEREAS, To insure the provision of a viable building pad
the property most likely will require filling which will
by FEMA as they relate to wetland and flood plain boundaries on
