APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING ONE LOT
OF THE LUDWIG/STRAMPE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
(WOODS ROAD & MYSTIC DRIVE)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 04-96
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 11
13, 1995, to create a one (1) lot land division located in the
SW 1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 3, 1993, approved a
sketch for a one (1) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
157-93, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence
which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a
minimum average width of 110' and said lot appears to meet the
minimum average width restriction, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have sanitary sewer, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division in the
SW 1/4 of Section 11 of the Ludwig/Strampe Property and
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to resolution
of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note must be placed on the
drainage plan must be submitted and approved by the Public
face of the Certified Survey Map stating that a grading and
Works Committee prior to the issuance of a building permit.
