PCR1995194AMENDED APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR TRI TOWN HEATING LOCATED ON JANESVILLE ROAD RESOLUTION P.C. 194-95 that shows .the layout of the building and the traffic pattern to WHEREAS, The site plan was submitted on December 8, 1995, access the site, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling bin for each building and the proposed site plan does not illustrate those those facilities, and WHEREAS, Exterior lighting, landscaping, signage and building color scheme have been depicted on materials submitted to date, and the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) December 8, 1995. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received December 8, 1995, be kept on file in the Building Department along with any subsequent changes to the same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, A landscape and paving pond in the amount of twice the value of the landscaping and paving shall be required if occupancy is requested prior to the landscaping and paving being completed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All exterior lighting fixtures must consist of High Pressure Sodium (HPS) fixtures, and a revised landscape plan shall be submitted illustrating additional dumpster screening. landscaping along Janesville Road, lighting fixtures and * BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this site building and operation plan as they relate to the building, parking and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the no more than three vehicles will be parked outside overnight and will be parked in sight and that any interior wall changes creating more than the front of the overhead bays, there are 21 parking spaces on four separate units (including Tri-Town area) will be reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission.
