OF THE DEBACK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 SECTION 1, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted for the property located in the NW 1/4
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
of Section 1, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM poses no apparent conflicts with
futures development plans for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approved
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division of the DeBack Property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 1, in the Town of Norway.
