APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE - PHASE I1
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
Council through Resolution #113-93, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #113-93, and
WHEREAS, A Subdividers Agreement and Letter of Credit are
required for the securing of satisfactory performance in relation to certain elements of this development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City
Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection,
Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin
approval of a Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit, any
required Easement or Dedication Documents, Construction Plans
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
