PCR1995189AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C.189-95 LOT LAND DIVISION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) SW 1/4 SECTION 24 (BOXHORN DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted proposing a land division creating two (2) lots located in the SW 1/4 of Section 24, and RSE (40,000 square foot lots) when the sewer project is completed and said proposal appears to meet the requirements of said Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 and will be rezoned to WHEREAS, The proposed parcels are intended to be serviced by municipal sewer. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of Section 24; parcels being 3.09 acres 1.25 acres in size. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval grants a 10% variance equalling 188 sq.ft. to the overall square footage of the existing outbuildings and lot sizes, therefore, this approval will allow one lot to be 45,000 sq. ft. and the second lot to be 144,000 sq.ft.
