APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING
ONE LOT OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
(JANESVILLE ROAD & LANNON DRIVE)
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was approved by the Plan
Commission on August 2, 1994, through Resolution #P.C. 161-94
and adopted by the Common Council through Resolution #172-94,
on August 9, 1995, and
WHEREAS, The Certified Survey map must be recorded within
30 days from approval and said Certified Survey Map was not
recorded accordingly, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends reapproval of the Certified Survey Map creating a
one (1) lot land division of the property located in the SW 1/4
discrepancies and conditions as identified by the City
of Section 10 subject to the resolution of all technical
Engineer, City Staff and the Plan Commission.
