PCR1995187APPROVAL OF 20' X 30' SECOND GARAGE RESOLUTION #P.C. 187-95 AT W198 S11075 RACINE AVENUE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED to construct a 20' X 30' second garage structure at the residence located at W198 S11075 Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the RS-Z/OLS zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of WHEREAS, At 600 square feet, the proposed second garage structure and any existing sheds represent 35% of the total primary floor area of the existing dwelling unit. the second garage, not to exceed 600 square feet for the Arbanella THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment and a building permit is required prior to construction of subject second garage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a height and/or firewall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
