APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND SITE PLAN
DUPLEX LOT 4 - KELLY ESTATES 0 WHEREAS, The Subdivider's Agreement for Kelly Estates
requires that the proposed duplexes be approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, The proposed duplex meets all City requirements in
square footage, and
WHEREAS, The property is served by sanitary sewer and
municipal water.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building and Site plan as dated received November 16, 1995,
be kept on file in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building and Site plan is
approved subject to the following:
1. Brick wainscoting shall be introduced to all garage
areas facing streets.
2. Eastern Garage shall gain access from Kelly Drive.
3. Eastern overhead garage shall face Kelly Drive.
