PCR1995184APPROVAL OF 26' X 24' SECOND GARAGE RESOLUTION #P.C. 184-95 AT S68 W20710 STONECREST ROAD FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED submitted to construct a 26' X 24' second garage structure at the residence located at 568 W20710 Stonecrest Road, and WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the RCE zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of WHEREAS, At 624 square feet, the proposed second garage structure and existing sheds represents 0.6% of the total lot area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the second garage, not to exceed 624 square feet and provide recommendation of approval of a 20 foot height variance to the Board of Appeals, for the Dittloff Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage Of business related materials and equipment and a building permit is required prior to construction of subject second garage. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a height and/or firewall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That second garage approval is required for either the 7' x 10' metal shed or the 9' x 12' wooden shed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to Comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation Of legal action, or both.
