determination of Legal Lot Status of Tax Key #2285.997.003 (Lot
#3 of CSM #173) & 2285.997.004 (Lot #4 of CSM #173), and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted requesting a
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Common Council granted Legal
Lot Status to Lot's 1 & 2 of CSM #173, and
WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned R-1 Zoning
District, which requires a minimum 200' of average width and a
80,000 sq. ft. lot size, and
existing substandard lots under common ownership and bring them
into conformance and/or compatibility with existing neighboring
lots, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
WHEREAS The properties have direct access to Kelsey Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
Key #2285.997.003 (Lot 3 of CSM #173) and Tax Key #2285.997.004
approval for legal lot status for the property described as Tax
(Lot 4 of CSM #173) subject to the following:
1. Access to both parcels be limited to Kelsey Road.
2. Submittal of results of soil borings conducted to confirm
suitability for on site sewage disposal systems.
