APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
OF THE MILLING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 SECTION 12, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted for the property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four parcel land
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdi,vision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM poses no apparent conflicts with
futures development plans foe the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division of the Milling Property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, in the Town of Norway.
