APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR THE REDIVISION OF TWO EXISTING LOTS
KNOWN AS TAX KEY #2198.949 & 2198.950, LOCATED IN
(MUSKEG0 MARINE - JANESVILLE ROAD)
THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 20, 1995, to
redivide two lots located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are zoned 8-4 & RS-2, and
WHEREAS, The proposed redivision of lots would transfer
non-conforming status of a parcel from Parcel 2198.950 to
2198,949.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Sketch creating a two lot land
division of the properties located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10
subject to the resolution of all technical discrepancies and
conditions as identified by the City Engineer, City Staff and
the Plan Commission.
